How to Store Cauliflower

  • To store cauliflower heads, place them in a plastic bag and store them in the refrigerator. They should stay fresh for approximately a week.
  • For long-term storage, consider freezing or pickling the cauliflower heads. To freeze, cut them into 1-inch bite-sized pieces, blanch for 3 minutes in lightly salted water, cool in an ice bath for 3 minutes, drain, and package. Seal and freeze for later use.
