- Store lettuce in a loosely sealed plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
- When you’re ready to use it, immerse the harvested lettuce in cold water for a few minutes. Then, either place it in a salad spinner or on a towel. Spin the spinner to remove excess water from the lettuce.
- If your lettuce leaves have wilted, you can revive them by soaking the leaves in a bowl of cold water with ice cubes for about 15 minutes.
