Sowing Instruction
In spring sow seeds 1/8 inches deep in dry, well-drained soil.
Seeds should be sowed once the soil has warmed up. Place the seeds 10-12 inches apart. Cuttings can also be used in late spring. Tips from the new shoots can be cut and places in small pots. When you see roots forming transplant them in the garden.
Savory can be harvest fresh as need. The great thing about winter savory is that it can be harvested throughout the year. For the regions where the growing season is long you can cut back the savory at the beginning of spring.
