In spring you can start working on the soil. Mix compost and manure to make sure that the soil is rich with nutrition. Dig rows that are 3″ deep and a foot apart. Fill your soil mixed with compost into that row making sure not to fill it completely since the seeds needs to go in too. Place the seeds in the row and then cover them with soil.
